On this the 15th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, for• Kerr
County to join with the City of Kerrville on plans for the
Property on Loop 534 for a Law Enforcement - Corrections
Facility.

RPPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY
`` AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 15th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to have City
of Kerrville sign an agreement of intent to give the property
on Loop 534 to I',err• County for a Law Enforcement -
Corrections Facility. The County is to work with planning
and zoning for the platting process for said pr^oper•ty and
channel everything through planning and zoniing for a
conditional use permit, and as part of the City of
Kerr•ville's participation to do an envir•omental study on Loop
534.
