CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR PROPERTY ON LOOP 534
On this the 15th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, for• Kerr
County to join with the City of Kerrville on plans for• the
Property on Loop 534 for a Law Enforcement - Corrections
Facility.

~J' APPROVAL OF RGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY
AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 15th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to have City
of Kerrville sign an agreement of intent to give the property
on Loop 534 to Kerr County for a Law Enforcement -
Corrections Facility. The County is to work with planning
and zoning for the platting process for said pr-oper•ty and
channel ever^ything through planning and zoniing for a
conditional use permit, and as part of the City of
Kerr^ville's participation to do an envir^omental study on Loop
534.
