Holekamp, Commissioner^ Pr^ect # 3, Ray Lehman, Commissioner Prect # 1, and Bruce Oehler-, Commissioner^ Greet # 4 wer-e absent and the following proceedings were had: ORDER NO. X1679 RPGROVAL TO DECLARE RN EMERGENCY RND START BIDDING PROCESS FOR 48 RED FACILITY On this the 20th day of October- 1993, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unaniwously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to declare an emergency to star^t bidding process o•f a 48 bed temporary facility and accept the plans submitted to the Court. The Court is to notify Di Stephano on Monday to go out for• bids on the construction of a 48 bed tempor-ary facility in the Adminis'tr'ative Building Annex. Due to the declar-ation implied by the Jail Commission we declare this an emer-gency. COMMISSIONERS COURT RECESSED RT 11:05 A. M.
