On this the 5th day of Janr_rary 1993, r_rpon motion made by
Commissioner Haleltamp, seconded by Oommissioner Oehler, the
Co~.~r•t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept and
award the bid to Vermeer- Eq~.~ipment being the lowest bidder at
417,500.00 with no trade-in as recommended by the Road and
Bridge Department.

Department.
Commis>ioner Holekamp stated that .e wo.tld like to have Road
and Bridge help with pi.rlling the post that ar•e still in the
ground and have Community Service people help clear the area
off and haul the junk and debris to my ranch to be br.rr•ned.
Then we need for• Road and Bridge to fill. the holes left and
level off the land.
