RF'PROVAL OF PROPOSAL TO RECTIFY PROBLEM IN JAIL
FROM TRI-CO ELECTIC REGARDING GENERRTOR DEFICIENCY
On this the 12th day of January 1993, ~_ipon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to contract
with Tr^i-Co Electric for^ E2200.00 to make necessary
repairs to corr^ect the problem in electrical system in the
jail. Having an inspection done prior to payment to make
sure gener^ator has the capacity to take on the load.

Report on the results of the Texas Jail Commissioner
Inspection of the County Jail which failed due to the smoke
r^emoval system. Architect DiStephano will be here to
' explain. Mr. DiStephano stated at this time our smoke alarms
ar^e inadequate and we need some lar^ger exhaust fans. The
system we have is one of the best but it is oat dated and
needs to be brought up to standards. DiStephano is to bring
back a cost for the jail to come up to compliance with the
standards of the Texas Jail Commission.
