On this the 26th day of January 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of q-0-0, to re-issue a
check to Melissa Belknap in the the amount of f80.00 due to
forgery.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher^ for 180.00 made payable to
Melissa Belknap.

APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO SECURE A SAFETY DEPOSIT
BOX IN THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 26th day of January 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner^ Lackey, the
Court unaniaously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
request of a safety deposit box to hold siezed cash far the
Kerr County Sheriff's Office.
