APPROVAL DF CONTRACT WITH DIETERT CLAIM RND
AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY JUDGE TO SIGN CONTRACT
On this the 26th day of January 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanieously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
contract with Dietert Claim as submitted to the Court and
authorize the County Judge to sign said contract.

THE KERR COUNTY RDMINISTRATION BUILDING
On this the 26th day of January 199.?., upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the

the Tax Assessor/Collector, and J. P. Pr•ect # 3 to the Kerr
County Rdministration Building. The Tax Assessor/Collector,
J. P. Pr•ect # 3, and the Rr•chitect are to talk to one another
for space requirements.

CURRY AND RUTHORIZRTION OF THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNRTllRE
On this the 26th day of Januar^y 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanieously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to sign the
lease with E. Bruce Curry as submitted to the Court and
authorize the County Judge to sign said Contract.
