RF'PROVRL OF CORRECTING MISCALCULATIONS REGRRDING
COMPUTRTIONS OF ACCRUED VACATION TIME FOR
KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES
On this the 2nd day of Febr^~_~ar-y 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Cour-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, that as of
September 30, 1993, no employee may carry more than 160
hours of vacation time. Should any employee have mare than
160 hours as of this date they need to be taken before
September^ 30, 1993 or• lose the time.

CLARIFICATION OF POLICY OF ACCRUAL OF VRCATION TIME
FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES THAT WORN. LESS THRN
20 HOURS PER WEEK
On this the 2nd day of February 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Dehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to clarify the
Personnel Policy stating that anyone who works under 20 hours
a week is not entitled to benefits.
