ORDER N0. 21289 RF'PROVAL OF CORRECTING MISCALCULATIONS REGRRDING COMPUTRTIONS OF ACCRUED VACATION TIME FOR KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES On this the 2nd day of February 1993, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, that as of September 30, 1993, no employee may carry more than 160 hours of vacation time. Should any employee have more than 160 hours as of this date they need to be taken before September 30, 1993 or- lose the time. ORDER N0. 21290 CLARIFICRTION OF POLICY OF ACCRURL OF VACATION TIME FOR PRRT-TIME EMPLOYEES THRT WORK LESS THAN 20 HOURS F'ER WEEK On this the end day of Febr-nary 1993, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to clarify the Personnel Policy stating that anyone who works under 20 hours a week is not entitled to benefits. ORDER NO. 21'91 MOTION TO ACCEGT EMPLOYEE TIMESHEET OF LILLIAN BRUCE IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE On this the 2nd day of February 1993, came on to be considered the matter of the proper vacation time credit due to Lillian Bruce while employed with the County Clerk of Kerr County.
