Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency to transfer (4,397.50 from General Fund Surplus to
Line Item No. 10-457-561, Computer Har^dware, in the Justice
of the Peace Precinct # 3.
