AND RUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNRTURE
On this the 9th day of February 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Kerr County Employee Plan and authorize the County Judge to
sign said document.

Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to release the
security pledge of (500,000.00, Cusip #912827YM8; due
2-15-1993; Receipt # 038487 and pledge 1,000,000.00; FNMA CMO
93-5-F; Cusip # 31358R5L3: Due 1-25-2008, with Security State
Bank.
