On this the 2nd day of March 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to authorize a
handcheck to pay 5395.00 from Line Item No. 10-436-417,
Special Trails in the 198th District Co~_trt.
The County Treasurer^ and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher^ for^ 5395.00 made payable to M. N.
Travels for the 198th District Court.
A public hearing was held on the Y.O. Ranchlands for Lots 28,
38, 46R, & 46B , there were two letters opposing the replats
and five letters returned with insufficent addressing. The
public hearing came to a close at 9:10 R.M. and the following
proceedings were had:
