RPPROVRL OF HOLDING THE SOUTH TEXAS COUNTY JUDGES
AND COMMISSIONER R5SOCIATION CONFERENCE IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 13th day of Rpril 1993, upon motion made 6y
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0~ to talk
~+ to Sudie Burditt at the Chamber of Commerce to actively
pursue holding the Sauth Texas County Judges and
Commissioners Association Conference in Kerrville in June of
1995.

Discuss and consider proposal of services to study space
utilization for Kerr County Offices. This item was put on
the agenda by Mr. Ed Hutton. The Court decided that it could
help the County if they were to look at the ideas and plans
that Mr. Hutton may have, it is not costing the County any
money his services are free and this is what the man
specializes in is space studies. This item was passed to a
later date so Mr. Hutton could come and explain how his plan
works.

RPPROVAL OF CONTRRCT WITH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE RND REGULRTORY SERVICE
RND RUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY JUDGE SIGNRTURE
On this the 13th day of Rpril 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
/1 Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the
contract with the Texas Department of Protective and
Regulatory Service and authorize the County Judge to sign the
submitted contract presented to the Court.

David Litke gave the Court his monthly report and was called
away on a vicious dog call.
