On this the 27th day of Rpril 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to amend the
budget for a salary increase for Raymond Matter, Constable
Prect # 3, due to increase workload caused by redistricting
and declaring an emergency at a public hearing to be held in
the Kerr County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse on
Tuesday, May il, 1993 at 10:00 a. m., pursuant to chapter
152.013, Local Gover^nment Code, and if approved, to he
' effective June 1, 1993.

AND RUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY JUDGES SIGNRTURE
On this the 27th day of Rpril 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appr^ove the
lease presented to the Court for the Earl Garrett Property
and authorize the County Judge to sign said document.
