County Sheriff's Office.

RGPROVAL OF REFUND OF AD VALOREM TAXES
AS PER RGREED JUDGEMENT
On this the 27th day of Rpril 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
refund of Ad Valorem taxes as per agreed ,judgment City of
Kerrville far 16,523.54, Kerr County for 12,917.89, Lateral
Roads for 1672.46, and Upper Guadalupe River for 1242.19 with
the total refund being 11@,3Qi6.@8 to Pacific Mutual Life Ins.
