Car•1 Williams addressed the Co~.rr•t with a letter to p~_rrchase a
vehicle 'For• civil pr^OCB55. I have furnished the eq~_ripment in
my present vehicle ors my awn. These vehicles that come from
the Department of P~.rblic Safety Motor pool are in very good
condition. The C:o~_rr•t feels that if we supply a care for- one
Constable they will have to da it for all constables and the
Ca~_rnty cannot affor-~d thi=_~ at thris time. Mr•. Williams stated
this is one of the few counties that does not s~_rpply a
vehicle to their canstahl.es. 1'Y~ere was no motion tabled so
the req~_rest failed.
