SURPLUS TO RERMRNENT IMPROVEMENTS
On this the 13th day of July 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
55,775.00 from Surplus Funds to Line Item No 70-675-561,
Building Construction and authorization of a handcheck.
Specifications to be submitted at the time of payment.
The County Treasurer and the County Huditor• ar•e hereby
authorized to draw a voucher- for- $5,775.05 made payable to
Ruben E. Bohnert.
