On this the i3th day of July 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded 6y Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the
letter agreement as presented to the Court and authorize the
Judge to sign the agreement.
