Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to modify the
decision of the Licensing A~.{thority concerning the existing
septic system for 10"i Deerfield Drive of Hill and Dales
S~_{bdivision. The existing septic system will be iss~-{ed a
licerr:,e to operate with the condition of needing a letter
from the p~_{rchasers stating if the system fails they will
have to comply with the R~_iles and Reg~_ilations of Kerr Cn~-{nty
for- Un--Site Sewage Facilities.
