IN THE ROAD AND BRSDGE DEPARTMENT
Un this the 7th day of September^ 199.3, upon motion made by
Commissianer• Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to tr^ansfer•
$11,776.~~ from Line Item No. 15-611-11, Crew Salaries to
Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contr-act Fees in the Road And
Bridge Department.
This budget amendment passed because the expenses have
already inc_•urred and we as a Court are nat setting precedence
in doing it.

Consider granting easement across Reservation 5chooi land
which is county pr^operty to access pr^operty owned by Joe
Esquell.
Mr•. Esq~_~ell wants a road easement to his property to get to
the back portion of his land. He wants to split the property
into two parts and would like to County to give him the
easement. Gommissioner• F{olekamp stated we would have to do
some research on the property before the Court could commit
to giving an easement.

On this the 7th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner hlolekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to grant
variance from the r-eq~.iirements of Chapter^ Nine (Subdivisions)
of R~.iles and Regulations of Kerr County for On-site Sewage
Facilities for the division of Lot 18, Kerr-ville Hills Ranch,
and authari<e David Litke to sign off on the City, plat,
