This budget amendment passed because the expenses have already inc_•urred and we as a Court are nat setting precedence in doing it. ITEM N0. c.2 Consider granting easement across Reservation 5chooi land which is county pr^operty to access pr^operty owned by Joe Esquell. Mr•. Esq~_~ell wants a road easement to his property to get to the back portion of his land. He wants to split the property into two parts and would like to County to give him the easement. Gommissioner• F{olekamp stated we would have to do some research on the property before the Court could commit to giving an easement.
