MOTION TO SEND LETTER TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 13th day of September^ 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Gabler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to send letter-
to the City of Kerrville that all platting and variances from
planning and znnning be done by October 15, 1993 on jail site
on Loap 534 awned by City of Kerrville.

Kerr County m~_ist meet this schedule and encourage the city's
participation. However, should the City of Ker•r•ville not
wish to participate, Kerr County must move forward with our
