Dn this the 14th day of September- 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler^, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Cooperative Rgreement for Title IV-D between Kerr County and
the Rttorney General's Office and authorization of the County
J~_idge's Signature.

APPROVRL OF HIRING AN RESISTANT MAINTENANCE
EMPLOYEE AND JOB DESCRIPTION SUBMITTED
On this the 14th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unaniously approved by a vote 4-0-0, to hire an
assistant maintenance employee at step 15 grade 1 for the the
maintenance department and acceptance of the ,job description
submitted.
