September 17, 1993, with all Officers present and the
following proceedings were had:

RPPROVAL OF SETTING DECEMBER 14, 1943 FOR JAIL 80ND ELECTION
On this the 17th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to set
December 14, 1993, for the Jail Hond Election far a Law
Enforcement- Corrections Facility.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT ADJOURNED RT 1:47 P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED AT 2:05 P. M. TO rescind the
following order:

~' RPRROVAL TO RESCIND ORDER N0. 21471-A
On this the 17th day of September 1993, upon notion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a votm of 5-0-0, to rescind the
following Order:

APPROVRL OF PLACING JRIL FACILITY
ON THE NOVEMBER 2, 1993, ELECTION BALLOT
AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE
On this the 18th day of June 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve a
jail facility with 192 beds to be placed an the ballot for
the November 2, 1993, Election and appoint a committee
consisting of the Sheriff, Commissioner Oehler, Commissioner
'~ Lackey, and a City Staff member to discuss a suitable site
for this facility.
