COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIRL WORKSHOG SESSION ON

Rn open meeting was held concerning a presentation by jail
architects, Phillips Swager Associates on a possible jail
design. Robert Brumfield and Norris D. Fletcher addressed
the Court with a presentation far a .jail facility. They
presented a Law Enforcement Facility along with profile on
the firm, experience, process of facility, a conceptual plan,
budget costs, bond issue, building costs, and qualifications.
R brief summary overall is extensive experience on similar
projects, total involvement by and with Client. We have open
communications through documentation. We are efficient, have
cost effective planning solutions; Proven Budget and Schedule
Control; Familiarity with Local Conditions, and have desire.
