TRANSFER FUNDS FRDM SURPLUS FUNDS TO PUBLIC LIBRARY
RND AUTHORIZATION OF A HANDCHECK
On this the 28th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer- 4175.@0 from Fund # 19, Surplus Funds
to Line Item No. 1@-659-491, Operating Expenses, to the
Gublic Literary.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
author^ized to draw a voucher for• 4175.@~b made payable to City
of Kerrville Library.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 28th day of September 1993, came on to be
considered by the Court the reports of the County and
Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court the finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for^ future reference
and subject to audit. Upon motion mage by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, the Court
