TRRNSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS FUNDS TO PUBLIC LIBRARY
RND RUTHORIZATION OF R HANDCHECK
On this the '28th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer 3175.00 from Fund # 19, Surplus Funds
to Line Ite^ No. 10-659-491, Operating Expenses, to the
Public Library.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 3175.00 made payable to City
of Kerrville Library.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 28th day of September 1993, came on to be
considered by the Court the reports of the County and
Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court the finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for• future reference
and subject to audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler-, the Court
