Consider granting easement across Reservation School land
which is county pr•oper•ty to access property owned by Joe
Esquell.
Commissioner Dehler stated that Mr. Esquell is wanting an
easement to his property which adjoins the Reservation School
property. The Court would like to suggest surveying the
property and have Mr. Esquell buy an easement for permanent
access to his property of 40' x 1Q+0'. We will get with Mr.
Motley to discuss this possiblity or permanent easement
granted by the County for this piece of property. This item
is to be put back on the agenda October 1:?, 1993.

APPROVRL TO LIFT BURNING BAN
Dn this the ~$th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to lift the
burning ban for Kerr County but citizens are advised to
continue to contact there local fire departments for burning.
