COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Friday,
October 1, 1993 with the following Officers present:
W. G. Stacy, Gounty Judge, Ray Lehman, Commissioner Prect #
1, T. H. Lackey, Commissioner Prect 2, Glenn K. Holekamp,

# 4 and the following proceedings were had:
ORDER NO. 21642
APPROVAL TO PAY LR1'E PILL TO FURMAN INSURANCE RGENCY
On this the 1st day of October 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
536,@79.00 from Line Item No. i0-560-207, Ins~_ir^ance
Liability, in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.
~..' The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to dr^aw a voucher^ for 536,079.00 made payable to
Furman Insurance Agency.

Proposal by architect on proposed new .jail facility. R
presentation was made by Di Stefano/Santopetro Architects for
a new jail facility. The Court had a lengthy disc~_~ssion
about the contract that Di Stefano/Santopetro Architects had
with the County in 1992. The Rssistant County Attorney
stated because Kerr• County had never terminated the Court.
with the firm she felt they were still under contract. Mr.-
Di Stefano stated he could work up a bill nn the services
that had already been done but that it would probably cost
the County more than to resume with the Contract in question.-
The Court made a motion and the following action resulted
from said motion.
