Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimoumly approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer E437.94 from Fund # 70, Surplus Funds
to Line Item No. 75-67~-561, Building Construction for
Permanent Improvements.

R5 COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD
On this the 5th day of October 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to accept West
Hi Line in Hills and Dales as a county maintained road with
the conditions of landowners deeding the land to the County
for a Right-of-Way Easement.

ACCEPTANCE OF RORDS IN VRLLE VISTR SUBDIVISION
AS COUNTY MAINTAINED
On this the 5th day of October 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
roads in Valle Vista Subdivision as county maintained roads.
