On this the i~th day of October 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler^, the
Co~ar-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to give Norman
Forehand a f~_ill-time position at Grade 7, Step 1, subject to
acceptance of letter being written to Mr. Forehand with a
response of whether- or- not he accepts or denies the position.
If he accepts the position it will become effective October
1, 1993.
