AND AUTHORIZATION OF THE JUDGE'S SIGNATURE
On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
contracts of Ingram Volunteer Fire Department, Y. O. Ranch
Volunteer Fire Department, and Center Point Volunteer Fire
Department and authorize the County Judge's signature on said
contracts.

On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
$2,617.00 from Line item No. 14-661-613, Y. O. Ranch Volunteer
Fire Department, and authorization of a handcheck.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $2,617.00 made payable to
Wringer and Associates.
