FOR ADULT PROBATION
On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-e-0, to approve the
lease for 431 Quinlan Street for Adult Probation for a period
of 3 years at $1,600.00 a month and authorization of the
County .judge's signature.

RESCIND ORDER NO. 21659-A FOR PATROL VEHICLES
On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to rescind
Order No. 21b59-A on re-advertising of bids for patrol
vehicles in the Sheriff's Department. This item was put on
the agenda erroneously.

APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE
SMOKE REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to purchase the
necessary smoke removal equipment in lieu of the prohibitive
removal renovation in the old jail facility, at an approximate
cost of $3,155.00.
