OPENED AND READ BIDS ALOUD FOR PATROL VEHICLES
C~ IN THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of November 1993, came on to be considered
the bids of Arendale Ford Sales, Inc. of Arlington, Texas,
Ancira Winton Chevrolet of San Antonio, Tx, Jennings Anderson
Ford of Boerne, Tx, Smith Chevrolet of San Antonio, Tx., and
Rodeo Chevrolet of Bandera, Tx., Gillespie Ford submitted a
bid but was not considered because of it -arriving to late.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Lehman, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0, to refer all bids to the Auditor. and the Sheriff for
further review and come bark to the Court with their
recommendations.
ORDER NO. 21700
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF THRILL HILL SUBDIVISION
On this the 9th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
final plat of Thrill Hill Subdivision as presented to the
Court.

Request consideration to waive penalty and interest on Kerr
County Past due taxes paid in June 1993, by Jim T. McDonald.
This item was discussed but the Court decided to postpone
their decision until the County Attarney has had a chance to
review the problem. This is to be put on the next agenda
~ meeting.
