COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Tuesday,
November 16, 1993, with all Officers present and the following
proceedings were had:

APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 16th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to agprove the
resolution submitted to the Court to search for funds for the
construction and development of neighborhood parks throughout
Kerr County.
ORDER NO. 21707
APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH THAD ZIEGLBR AND
AUTHORIZATION OF THE JUDGE'S SIGNATURH AND HANDCHECK
On this the 16th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to sign the
Commercial Lease Contract with Thad Ziegler and authorize the
County Judge's signature on said Contract.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 53,200.00 made payable to
Thad Ziegler. The said contract is to include addendum's.
