_ Discussion with R. T. Dixon of Chamber of Commerce to do
bookings for the Hill Country Exhibition Facility. The Court
-- would like to have Artie Dixon do the reservations for the
Hill Country Exhibition Facility but there are still some
unanswered questions that will have to be discussed. The
County is will to contract with Artie Dixon to do the job and
the court feels she has been doing a good job already.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 16th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adjourn.
