BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS

On this the 23rd day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
$434.75 from Line Item no. 10-436-402, Court Appointed
Attorney, to Line Item no. 10-436-497, Court Transcripts, in
the 198th District Court.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $2,619.75 made payable to
Linton Tomlin.
