COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Tuesday,
November 30, 1993 with all Officers present and the following
proceedings were had:
ORDER NO. 21726
APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF D. R. VOELKEL
AS PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE TEMPORARY JAIL FACILITY

On this the 30th day of November 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint D.
R. Voelkel as project manage at $40.00 per hour with a 6W. cap
and if he wishes for someone else to help him he may do so.
COMMISSIONERS COURT ADJOURNED AT 11:55 A.M.
The foregoing minutes from Volume T, page 231 through 256 were
found to be correct and are hereby approved this the 14th day
of December 1993.
