APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WHISKEY
CANYON RANCH AKA CYPRRSS CREEK RANCHRS
On this the 7th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary glat of Whiskey Canyon Ranch aka Cygress Creek
Ranches as submitted to the Court. The plat to indicate
private roads and acreage to not be any smaller that 25 acres
per property. Replatting existing large acreage tracts to
smaller ones (not less than 25 acres) shall be done by the
"Minor Replat" process with the County Engineer, and does not
require additional action by the Commissioners' Court.

ORDER NO. 21731
APPROVAL OF CLOSING BURNEY ROAD
On this the 7th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to olo:>e Burney
Road from Hwy 27 to Baltic being approximately one mile based
on the recommendation of the County At_torney's office, County
Engineer and the Railroad Commissioner Quinton Aaberg.
Effective. January 1, 1994, with the gates to be the
responsibility of Kerr County and the locks to be the
responsibility of the landowners.
