ACGEFTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS

considered by the Court the reports of the County and Precinct

AFPROVAL OF EMS INTERLOCAL A,REEMENT
On this the 14th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Cornmissianer Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Cor1rt unanimously approved by a vote of 3-9-9, to approve the
EMS Interlocal Agreement in principal only, the final to be
approved at a later date with amendments. Partir_ipation of
the County not to e;.r_eed 51,9?r~.99 per month and whether or
not Ingram will participate monetarily,
