Commissioner Holekamp, seconded k>y Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to postpone
Road and Bridge Day until January :I.1, ].994 in the afternoon
due to an annual conference scheduled to January 7, 1994.
