APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND WASVED THE READING
OF SRID MINUTES
On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved the minutes and waived the reading
of said minutes. The Minutes submitted: Regular Session on
Tuesday January 11, 1994, Special Session on Tuesday, January
25, 1994, and Special Session on Monday, January 31, 1994.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 8th day of February 1994, came on to be considered

of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and considered by the
Court finds that said reports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously accepted the

FOR THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
recommendation by the Road and Bridge Department and accept
the low bid of 2.2,819.00 of Kuenstler Machinery Co. for
Tractor/Loader/Backhoe in the Road and Bridge Department.
