Subject: Replacement of CR 151 (Indian Creek Road) Bridge
at Guadalupe River
Dear Judge Denson:
The project to replace the existing bridge on Indian Creek Road is
scheduled to be let to contract in January 1995. In order to complete all
federal requirements to proceed with this project letting, we require the
County to remit the remaining of their outstanding funds. The amount
required is $72,036.32.
This amount was determined by the following calculation:
20% Estimated Construction Costs ($534,882.90) $106,976.58
20% Preliminary Engineering Charges ($67,298.70) $ 13,459.74
Total Cost $120,436.32
Less Amount Held in Escrow $ 48,400.00
Amount to be Paid $ 72,036.32
Please arrange to remit this amount to the Kerrville Area Office by
January 3, 1995 for further processing. If you should have any questions
concerning this matter, please call us at 257-8444.
