KERR COUNTY PROPOSAL FOR YOUTH EXHIBITION CENTER Kerr County has a genuine interest in expanding and improving the total utilization of the Youth Exhibit Center Complex. The Commissioners' Court has a long term goal to update and modernize this facility.
