To Whom It May Concern:
Below is a list of repairs and/or additions needed at the
outdoor arena (4-f-I Horse Club Arena) on Highway 27 - next door
to the Hill Country Livestock Association building.
Any interested person or company is invited to submit a
written bid or proposal. Contact or call Ken Schilling at 2420
Junction Highway. Phone 895-2822 Kerrville, Texas 78028.
* Replace main service with one 8 circuit, weather proof box.
* Concession stands Replace breaker box, rewire to city code
and install triple socket flood light (with bulbs) on East
side.
* When installing new main service. install on a newer short
pole. From new main service pole install #2 triplex across
arena to second newer pole (reason for 2 newer poles, the
old ones are rotted) newer poles are already installed.
* Replace all burned out arena lights. (1500 watt bulbs)
* Rewire two - 110 plugs on fence line. (Used for timers)
* Rewire announcers stand to city code.
* Install triple flood lights on both East corners of
bleachers.
* Install triple flood light on East side of bathroom.
* Rewire bathroom to city code.

Horse Arena
Dear Sirs,
We propose to furnish and install the following electrical
equipment and associated wiring for your arena on Hwy 27 E
in Kerrville, Texas.
CONCESSION STAND
1. Replace existing fuse panel with B circuit-breaker panel
2. Add 110 volt receptacle for chest freezer (now hooked up
by extension cord).
3. Install wiring for range in conduit
4. Install wiring for 3-110 volt receptacle in conduit
S. Install 3 light flood fixtures on outside east wall
6. Replace panel feeder from service pole
A_NNOU_N_CE_RS_STAND
1. Relocate overhead feeder to pole behind west side of
stand
2. Remove and replace 4 foot fluorescent light fixture
3. Install blank cover on existing junction box
SERVICE
1. Move service to next service pole
2. Replace existing service disconnects with 1-B circuit
breaker panel
3. Move security light to next service pole and wire in
conduit
ARENA LIGHTS
1. Replace 7-1500 watt quartz 'lamps
2. Replace 1-SOO watt quartz lamps
3. Add 1-1500 watt quartz fixture to pole south of bleachers
4. Adjust and realign direction of pole lights
REST_ROOMS
1. Replace light fixtures in both rest rooms with new
fixtures and lamp guards
2. Replace outside light with 3 light flood fixture

TIMER'S_STAN_DS
1. Extend underground wire from east stand to service pole
and install conduit for exposed wire up pole
2. Install CFI receptacle for personal protection at both
stands
3. Replace broken PVC connector at east stand
4. Install cover on junction box at east stand
5. Install PVC conduit for exposed wire at west stand
Total price complete and in good working order X3200.00.
NOTE: At the present time it is unknown i-F the existing
underground wiring from the service pole to the east timer's
stand is physically fit to carry electrical current (see
alternate #1). Also, it is unknown if the existing
underground wiring from the east timer's stand to the west
timer's stand is physically fit to carry electrical current
(see alternate #2).
Alternate #1: Replace underground wire (UF cable) with PVC
conduit and wire from service pole to east timer's stand.
Price of replacement

Alternate #2: Replace underground (UF cable) with PVC
conduit and wire from east timer's stand to west timer's
stand.
Price of replacement _ _ X235.22.
