C t~ N N O L L Y A R C H I T E C T S .~ , November 14, 1994 Mr. Butch Lackey Commissioner, Precinct 2 Kerr County Courthouse 700 Main Street Kerrville, Texas 78028 RE: Architectural Design Services New Shelter Facility Dear Mr. Lackey: I met Eddie Wright at the TACA conference in Dallas earlier this week and learned more about your new shelter. We talked some about my proposal and what your needs were in order to define what design services you might want me to provide. I mentioned to him that if it would be helpful I would be willing at my own expense to come to Kerrville to talk to your fellow commissioners about your new shelter facility. He said that you meet every Monday at loam. Unfortunately, because of previous commitments the earliest Monday I could be there is December 3. We also talked about how pressing the issue of time is on this project. Given that our office is computerized and experienced in this building type we are set up to quickly produce the bidding documents without compromising quality. If you think that I could helpful by making a presentation to your court, please let me know and I will be there. Sincerely, ~v Lawrence H. Connolly, AIA cc: Eddie Wright
