AF~F~ROVAL OF AF~POINTING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY
AND RECOMMEND ROSSIPLE CHANGES IN THE RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF KERR COUNTY FOR ON-SITE SEWAGE
FACILITY
On this the 28th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Halekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to appoint a
septic tank installer, a registered engineer, a registered
sanitarian designer, a banker, a Realtor, F'.err County
Environmental Health Officer, and two Commissioners to be on
the committee for the study and recommend passible changes in
the Rules and Regulations of Kerr County for On-Site Sewage
Facility. These appointments to be made on the December 12th
Commissioners' Court Meeting and to be limited to nine members
maximum.
