Adjustment of property lines between two lots as long as no lot becomes smaller than minimum size required by Kerr County Regulations. 3. Platting outside the Ingram and Kerrville Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) which has the follwing characteristics: a) Does not require construction of new roads, public or private, to access any lot, b} Does not involve construction of a public water system, c) Is not located in a Flood Plain, .~ d) Does not require the construction of drainage ways, or drainage structures, e) Lots shall be of sufficient size and soil types to meet all Regulatory Requirements, ~ And each Plat shall meet all other requirements of Kerr County Subdivisions Rules and Regulations. The above mentioned Plats shall be known as "MINOR PLATS OR REPEATS" and may be approved by the County Engineer and County Environmental Health Officer and be recorded without action by the Commissioners' Court and do not require signature of the County Judge. All Platting of Subdivisions within the ETJ of Ingram or Kerrville will be submitted to the County Engineer and County Environmental Health Officer at same time they are submitted to the City for review.
