Subject: Personnel Reclcxssification
With a retirement this month, we have made a few adjustments in the crew alignment.
~. We have filled the 18/6 with a 18/I Saving $2,531.00
2. This left a 17/1 vacancy.
We have an individual that has been with Kerr County for 11 + years and is
classified as a 14/9 ($19,254). We would like to reclassify him as a 17/4 ($19,736).
This would cost $482.00. !7/ 3 ~ 19,asy
3. This leaves a 14 open, we would move a 12/7 (Equip Mechanic I) to a 14/3
(Mechatic II) with no change in salary.
4. This would leave us with a I2/1 position open which we would fill with a Equip
Mechanic I.
5. We have another individual with 15 + years who is a 14/12, we would Like to move
him to a 16/8 at the same pay. ~a ,~g, ~Q,D'~
