Subject: Computer for Maintenance Shop
We have finished all capital purchases budgeted for 93-94 in line items 15-611-570. Thanks to
good bids and careful planning we have $1,448.11 left.
For better inventory control and records on equipment, we would like to use these funds to
purchase a computer for the maintenance shop.
We have priced computers and found the following would be the best for our needs and still stay
within the budget:
Compac Presario a 486133mg - 210 Hard Drive $1,296.95
Panasonic KXP 1150 printer 140.00
