On this the 7th day of June 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seroncied key Commissioner Lar,key, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept
the preliminary plat of Indian Hills pending the report on the
water system for Indian Hills.
